Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
• Experience in technology-led retail or eCommerce
• Strong business partnering with marketing, digital and product teams
• Strategic thinker with focus on performance improvement and data/tech leverage
• Comfortable in fast-paced digital environments

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology and Marketing Leaders to shape digital growth strategies and investments
• Evaluate digital pricing, promotions, and value architecture across eCommerce and retail tech channels
• Lead commercial FP&A to support data-driven decisions for digital product performance
• Input into brand and digital roadmap planning, aligning with commercial viability
• Maintain insight into trading and digital performance, including customer analytics and channel performance
• Develop business cases for tech investments, platforms, tools and marketing tech with clear ROI
• Influence strategic decisions with data-driven insights and tech trends
• Build advanced financial modelling tools and dashboards for faster decision-making
• Model innovation-led initiatives (AI personalization, subscriptions, automation) for margin and scale
• Mentor junior finance and cross-functional colleagues
