Job Description:

Our client, a MARKETING business near ST PAULS STATION, is seeking an experienced SNR COMMERCIAL FINANCE MANAGER to join during their growth phase. This is a great opportunity to join a valued team.

THE ROLE

• Partner with the Assistant FD and agency to manage the business unit P&L and ensure alignment.
• Develop full-year P&L budgets, revenue forecasts, and monthly updates with agency leadership.
• Work with the UK&I Reporting Team for variance analysis.
• Liaise with the Financial Control Team on financial concerns like overdue debt and unbilled media.
• Support PowerBI dashboard creation for forecasts and budgets.
• Assess revenue risks and collaborate on cost control measures.
• Lead monthly revenue review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Management Accountant to ensure staff allocations are accurate.
• Prepare monthly management information packs including P&L performance, debtors, WIP, and media summaries.
• Conduct client profitability analyses and update senior teams.
• Work with business leads on profitability strategies.
• Assist in contract management, review scopes, analyze timesheets, and prepare fee proposals.
• Oversee onboarding for new clients, including credit insurance and system setup.
• Guide and lead two direct reports.
