Salary: £57,475 – £67,925 Dependent on Experience & Discretionary Bonus Scheme

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity in the finance department for a motivated individual seeking career development. You will provide commercial insights, partner with the business to optimize financial performance, support commercial initiatives, and report on them.

The successful candidate will monitor and forecast KPIs, analyze key information, and report variances. They should possess analytical skills and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proactivity and clarity in complex information relay are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare weekly trading reports, dashboards, and CEO updates
• Prepare monthly presentations on trading performance
• Identify key trends and drivers of results
• Work with management accounts to understand performance by site, brand, and location
• Review P&L cost items regularly to understand cost base and trends
• Partner with key stakeholders
• Improve reporting impact and efficiency, maximizing SAP analytics and reducing spreadsheet reliance
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to optimize performance, control costs, and improve profitability
• Support decision-making with relevant information
• Lead and manage the annual budget process
• Perform additional analysis/tasks as requested by management
• Manage direct reports, including role development

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Accountant
• Efficiency in working to deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Excel and/or SAP
• Commercial and analytical acumen
• Ability to establish frameworks and processes
• Multi-tasking and adaptability skills
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities
• Confidence in presenting and challenging senior stakeholders
• Experience across multiple sites (desirable)
