Job summary

Freshminds is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst for a client in the consumer goods sector. You will support FP&A across high-growth EMEA markets, collaborating with commercial, sales, marketing and operations teams to drive forecasting accuracy and profitability.

Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will deliver budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and analyses of sales, margins, pricing and promotions, while driving continuous improvements in financial planning

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms

The Role

A client in the consumer goods industry is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will support commercial finance and FP&A activities across high-growth EMEA markets, providing financial insight to drive business performance and decision-making. Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with commercial, sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy, profitability, and financial accountability.
