We are seeking an exceptional Senior Commercial Data Analyst who can transform complex data into strategic business insights, driving performance through advanced analytical techniques and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Measurement and Commercial Insights
2. Define measurement plans for marketing initiatives
3. Create campaign measurement frameworks
4. Enable marketing teams to test and acquire new audience segments
5. Cross-Functional Analytics Partnership
6. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams
7. Identify analytics opportunities to accelerate performance
8. Drive strategic business reviews with data-driven presentations
9. Advanced Analytics Leadership
10. Develop sophisticated marketing analytics techniques
11. Conduct incrementality testing and marketing mix modelling (MMM)
12. Establish and maintain critical business metrics and KPIs
13. Team Development
14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence
15. Provide technical guidance and support within the analytics function
16. Forecast across Shopify, Amazon & TikTok Shop

Requirements:

• Marketing Analytics Expertise
• 5+ years experience in eCommerce/subscription business analytics
• Deep understanding of subscription business dynamics
• Technical Proficiency
• Advanced SQL skills
• Statistical analysis expertise
• Proficiency in Python/R
• Data visualisation tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
• Google Analytics 4 and attribution modeling experience
• Professional Qualities
