Job summary

Omnea seeks an exceptional lawyer to own commercial, corporate and compliance work as we scale. The role reports to Head of Legal and acts as a trusted advisor across the business, leading negotiations and advising on data protection and compliance.

You’ll have broad autonomy to shape how Legal supports growth across markets, with opportunities in fundraising and international expansion.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with training from a top law firm.
• Proven experience negotiating and closing complex SaaS agreements.
• Experience with GDPR, SCCs, DPAs and cross-border data transfer.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements with enterprise clients (MSAs, SLAs, DPAs).
• Advise on product, data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Support corporate transactions and fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and security on legal implications of new features.
• Develop compliance documentation and AI policies for enterprise prospects.
• Provide triage and guidance to enable faster deal cycles.
• Lead high-volume enterprise contract workflows across the business.
