Job summary

G2legal is recruiting a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established Newark office. The role offers ownership of a varied high-quality caseload, focusing on commercial property transactions and landlord/tenant work with an agricultural-law slant.

You will bring a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience in commercial property matters, with a proactive, client-focused approach and strong regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years' post-qualification experience in commercial property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Experience in Agricultural Law (desirable).
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload with client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leases.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters and property development work.
• Supporting clients with agricultural property transactions where applicable.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards.
• Delivering exceptional levels of client care and commercial advice.
