The role involves handling a wide range of commercial property matters with direct client exposure, a transfer of knowledge across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and development work.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant and development work
• Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support
• Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
