Frasia Wright Associates seeks a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its successful team. The role covers advising on day-to-day commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property, licensing, outsourcing, procurement and data protection, with drafting, negotiating and revising a wide range of documents.

You will work within a team on major projects and supervise junior colleagues. A minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial contracts is required. Edinburgh, Aberdeen or Glasgow locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in commercial contracts.
• Experience advising on technology, IP, licensing and data protection.
• Drafting, negotiating and revising a wide range of contractual documents.

Responsabilités

• Advising clients on day-to-day commercial contracts and project work, technology, IP and data protection.
• Working within a team to support major projects.
