Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting an IP/IT solicitor to join its team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role focuses on reviewing, negotiating and drafting transactional IP and general trading documentation for UK and international clients.

You should be at NQ–4 years' PQE; early 2022 qualifiers would be considered. Experience in pre-litigation work would be helpful. The team is looking for a proactive solicitor to support the partner leading the group.

Qualifications

• NQ–4 years' PQE in IP/IT or commercial law.
• Experience with review, negotiation and drafting of IP/IT commercial docs.
• Experience with pre-litigation work is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and draft IP/IT transactional documentation.
• Prepare general trading documentation for UK and international clients.
• Support the partner leading the IP/IT team.
