Responsibilities

• Lead review, negotiation and administration of MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and related contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks across projects.
• Support sales, estimating and delivery teams during tendering and contract award.
• Ensure obligations are clearly communicated to operations teams.
• Develop robust contract governance processes and controls.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management systems and KPIs.
