Employment Specialists are pleased to be working alongside a well-respected name within the Insurance Industry and are looking to recruit an additional Senior Commercial Account Handler for their growing Corporate team.

This position ideally requires experience of working as a Commercial Account Handler on a wide range of Commercial Insurance risks, as you'll be dealing with some major Clients.

There is a successful flexible working pattern in operation, including working from home.

To be successful in the Senior Commercial Account Handler role, you will demonstrate:

1. Good all-round Commercial insurance experience with technical knowledge across a range of classes of business
2. A desire to develop strong client and insurer relationships
3. Well-developed negotiation skills
4. The ability to support colleagues in a close team environment
5. Excellent organisational skills

Areas of Responsibility for this Senior Commercial Account Handler role include:

1. Placing multi-class programmes of insurance for a portfolio of clients
2. Ensuring the adequacy and appropriateness of cover
3. Checking the accuracy of policy documentation
4. Resolving client enquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
5. Providing effective day-to-day management of the client relationship
6. Undertaking renewal broking exercises
7. Negotiating with insurers
8. Liaising with the Account Executive
9. Developing and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships
10. Providing technical expertise across a broad range of Commercial insurance business
11. Occasional client visits in support of the Account Executive
