Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust invites a substantive Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon to join the colorectal service at Salford Royal Hospital. Qualifications

• Must be a substantive Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon.
• Competent in management of colorectal cancer.
• Experience in laparoscopic resections and robotic colorectal surgery.
• Core MDT member in colorectal service.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis and management of colorectal cancer and other colorectal disorders.
• Contribute to delivery and development of a high-quality colorectal service and to emergency general surgery.
• Engage in MDT activities and support colleagues with colorectal practice.
