Job summary

KAEFER UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Coatings to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis at Hinkley Point C. You will provide leadership across coatings packages and oversee Project Managers to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with client planning, operations and commercial teams to meet programme objectives, resolve delivery challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior project/operational management experience in construction, energy or industrial services.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects or PMs.
• Strong knowledge of coatings and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across coatings work packages to meet safety, quality, programme and commercial goals.
• Set objectives, milestones and performance standards aligned to client requirements.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources for programme delivery.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers and teams to develop capability.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
