IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal/Principal COA Endpoint Strategy expert to lead COA strategy development across clinical programs and regulatory interactions. This role requires deep COA measurement science expertise to differentiate client solutions with insightful endpoint strategies.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and represent IQVIA in external scientific forums, driving patient-centered outcomes across multiple therapeutic areas.

Competenze

• Deep expertise across COA types (PRO, ObsRO, ClinRO, PerfO) and their application in clinical research.
• Experience developing COA endpoint strategies across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Hands-on experience developing new COA instruments, including item writing and qualitative validation.
• Experience supporting FDA-facing endpoint strategy and regulatory interactions.

• Develop COA endpoint strategies across clinical development programs and regulatory submissions.
• Lead COA instrument development from concept to validation-ready tools.
