Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Practitioner to lead its Community Mental Health Team on a 3-year secondment. You will provide leadership, line management, and supervision to CMHT staff, working closely with the Community Service Manager and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Welsh language skills are desirable, and applicants with English/Welsh proficiency are welcome. Prior senior CMHT experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Mental Health Practitioner with current registration.
• Experience leading a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and providing supervision.
• Senior practitioner experience at Band 6 or equivalent within CMHT or similar service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the CMHT.
• Provide strong leadership and supervision to CMHT staff.
• Work with Community Service Manager and multidisciplinary team.
