Job summary

Richmond Square Consulting Limited in Poole is seeking a senior cloud security/DevSecOps lead to design and deliver secure cloud environments for high-assurance workloads.

The role requires leading architecture discussions, advising customers, and ensuring security across AWS/Azure/GCP with regular on-site presence in Hereford. Hybrid working is offered along with career development and security-focused programmes.

Qualifications

• We require strong commercial experience in DevSecOps/Cloud security roles.
• Proven leadership in large AWS implementations or migrations in secure environments.
• Hands-on design/build of cloud environments for critical workloads.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps and secure architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure cloud environments for customer challenges.
• Lead architecture discussions and design exercises.
• Apply DevSecOps and cloud security best practices in high-assurance environments.
• Build deep customer relationships and work with technical teams.
• Help customers understand and solve cloud and security challenges.
• Make pragmatic engineering trade-offs while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to gather requirements.
• Support secure delivery across cloud infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Promote knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
