Job summary

Comxps Ltd. seeks an experienced Platform Engineer for a 6-month government-facing project. The role requires strong Azure administration, Windows/Linux server management, and cloud/infra expertise.

Hybrid work arrangement with 60% presence in Milton Keynes or London, primarily Milton Keynes. DV clearance is required, and the successful candidate will support enterprise environments, automate with scripting, and contribute to monitoring and security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and Linux server environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and Linux server environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong Microsoft Azure administration and support experience.
• Hands-on experience installing and managing Azure Arc-enabled servers.
• Experience deploying and supporting Azure Monitor Agent (AMA).
• Experience deploying and supporting XDR/EDR security agents.
• Strong Windows Server administration skills.
• Strong Linux server administration skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and proxies.
• Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
