Job summary
Amazon Cambridge is seeking a Solutions Architect to transform NHS care with cloud architectures at national scale. You will partner with NHS trusts and Health Tech bodies to design patient-centric, scalable solutions across AI, analytics, and interoperability.
You will lead architecture reviews, run PoCs, and present proposals to senior leaders, collaborating with AWS teams to influence product roadmaps and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and technical cloud design.
- Experience designing distributed systems in production environments.
- Experience with generative AI or ML in an enterprise setting.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design cloud architectures addressing clinical, operational, and data challenges at scale.
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and PoCs for AI/ML, analytics, interoperability, and IoT in healthcare.
- Develop and present technical proposals to senior stakeholders including CIOs and CTOs.
- Collaborate with AWS service teams to shape healthcare capabilities and roadmap.
- Create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures; educate via workshops and conferences.
