Job summary

The role requires UK national status and the ability to obtain UK Security Clearance, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software, cloud, systems).
• 3+ years design/implementation in applications and infra.
• Experience communicating to technical and executive audiences.
• 5+ years in infrastructure and database architecture and networking.
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
• Experience with AI/ML, HPC, digital engineering, or data workloads on AWS.
• Familiarity with defense compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for defence partners undergoing cloud adoption and modernization.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture spanning AI/ML, HPC, and data platforms on AWS.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives, translating objectives into modernization roadmaps.
• Bring defense industry expertise to engagements and ensure compliant architectures.
• Provide thought leadership and capture best practices within the AWS Architect community.
• Drive architectural decisions across concurrent partner engagements with AWS as the platform of choice.
