Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Cloud Architect to lead design and governance of agentic AI-enabled cloud platforms on AWS. You will set technical standards, drive serverless architectures, and mentor engineering teams across engagements.

You'll work with clients to shape opportunities, orchestrate IaC, CI/CD, and secure, scalable deployments while maintaining high-quality delivery across enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

Senior/Principal architect with leadership experience in digital agencies or consultancies.
Deep hands-on AWS serverless design, documentation, and delivery.
Experience shaping agentic AI platforms and secure payment models.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive quality automation.
Strong communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Technical leadership and governance of complex cloud architectures on AWS.
Design agentic AI and commerce platforms and establish reusable patterns.
Engage clients, run workshops, and identify growth opportunities.
Hands-on delivery: review code and design robust API/integration patterns.
Champion IaC, CI/CD and automated quality practices.
