ITH Group is seeking a senior Solution Architect to define and deliver technology strategies across enterprise applications and AI-enabled platforms in a hybrid London setting.

The role combines hands-on architecture with leadership responsibilities, working with senior stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions. A strong background in AWS/serverless and enterprise-grade patterns is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior/Principal architect with NHS/Healthcare experience preferred.
• Deep hands-on AWS/serverless architecture expertise.
• Ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise cloud applications and agentic AI components.
• Lead client workshops, governance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor engineering teams and code reviews to ensure quality and automation.
• Establish governance, standards, and manage NFRs and technical debt.
• Build reusable patterns for agentic AI platforms and commerce.
