Job summary

British Psychotherapy Foundation is seeking a senior educator to teach, supervise and deliver the ACP training programme. You will collaborate with the Clinical Course Director, Academic Course Director and teaching staff to plan and implement all elements of the programme.

You will lead seminars weekly, support trainee progression, recruitment, quality assurance and inclusion initiatives, and contribute to development of the curriculum within an NHS-aligned, multidisciplinary framework,

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification ACP qualification.
• Experience teaching, supervising or assessing at postgraduate or professional-training level.
• Experience leading or contributing to the management and development of a complex clinical or professional training programme.
• Experience working in NHS

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the programme in close liaison with the Clinical Course Director and teaching staff.
• Assist in delivery within the agreed budget and support trainees and placements as needed.
• Oversee Progress Advisor/Year tutor duties and provide regular feedback to trainees.
• Lead recruitment, induction, support and evaluation of seminar leaders and other teaching staff.
• Lead weekly seminars and participate in weekly team meetings.
