Job summary

British Psychotherapy Foundation seeks an ACP-qualified Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist to lead teaching, supervision and programme delivery. You will coordinate trainee progress with the Clinical and Academic Directors, contribute to recruitment, and oversee seminars and assessments within the NHS context.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience as ACP qualified Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.
• Substantial experience teaching, supervising or assessing at postgraduate or professional-training level.
• Experience leading or contributing to management and development of a complex clinical training programme.
• Experience working in NHS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and delivering the programme in liaison with key directors.
• Assist in delivering training within budget and support trainees and placements.
• Oversee trainee progress, provide feedback and liaise with core staff.
• Support recruitment, induction, and evaluation of seminar leaders and staff.
• Lead or co-lead weekly seminars and participate in team meetings.
• Co-lead recruitment and admissions processes with colleagues.
