Job Opportunity: Senior Clinical Trial Associate - Site Intelligence Specialist (SIS)

Parexel FSP has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Trial Associate - (Site Intelligence Specialist - SIS) to join our team in the UK or France. Other European locations may also be suitable.

The successful candidate must have fluent English language/written skills and advanced/fluency in French. Knowledge of German, Hungarian, or Bulgarian would be advantageous.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will support Site Intelligence and Site Selection activities. They will perform tasks for multiple Site Intelligence and Feasibility projects, contribute to executing Site Feasibility plans, and present data to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Site Intelligence Lead to understand project goals, scope, and requirements, ensuring high-quality results.
2. Review internal and external intelligence on performance and quality metrics, conduct literature research, and identify investigators to build the database.
3. Provide country-specific data (site contact, site recommendations) upon request, based on feasibility data.
4. Coordinate with internal and external personnel to gather site feasibility data and maintain the Investigator/Site Networks database across therapeutic areas and countries.
5. Maintain and update client systems, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
6. Promote continuous improvement to streamline processes for efficiency and productivity.
7. Build effective relationships with other platform lines and units to facilitate portfolio delivery.

Skills and Experience

• Fluent/advanced in English and French; knowledge of German, Hungarian, or Bulgarian is preferred.
• Experience working effectively across multiple functions in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
