Parexel FSP has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Trial Associate - (Site Intelligence Specialist - SIS) to join our team in the UK or France. Other European locations may also be suitable.

The successful candidate must have fluent English language skills and advanced/fluency in French. Knowledge of German, Hungarian, or Bulgarian would be advantageous.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will support Site Intelligence and Site Selection activities, contributing to executing Site Feasibility plans and presenting data to colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the Site Intelligence Lead to ensure understanding of project goals, scope, and requirements, delivering high-quality results.
• Review internal and external intelligence on performance and quality metrics, perform literature research, and build investigator databases.
• Provide country-specific data (site contacts, recommendations) based on feasibility data upon request.
• Coordinate data collection with internal and external personnel, maintaining the Investigator/Site Networks database.
• Maintain, verify, and update client systems, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement to streamline processes for efficiency.
• Build effective relationships across platform lines and units to facilitate project delivery.

Skills and Experience

• Fluency in English and French is essential; knowledge of German, Hungarian, or Bulgarian is preferred.
• Experience working across multiple functions professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a matrix environment.
• Proven success in previous roles, including matrix organizations.

Education

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience.
