Job summary

Learning Enterprise, the learning and development arm of HCRG Care Group, is recruiting a Senior Trainer to design and deliver blended programmes across health and care specialisms. The role focuses on creating engaging courses to strengthen professionals' skills and improve care outcomes, with curriculum development and new training solutions.

The post is hybrid, based at a local hub with travel, and part-time (30 hours a week).

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Level 4 or higher teaching, training or assessing qualification.
• Current professional registration with a body such as NMC, HCPC, GDC, Social Work or GMC

The work centres on building engaging courses that strengthen professionals' skills and quality of care, alongside curriculum development and new training solutions. The post is hybrid, with a base at a local hub and regular travel, and is offered at 30 hours a week. Current professional registration with a body such as the NMC or HCPC is required.

Qualifications

Registration & licences

Experience

• Proven experience delivering training across clinical health and care specialisms
• Strong background in clinical practice (AHP, nursing or social work)
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality blended learning

Skills & knowledge

• Confidence using digital tools for training and learning delivery
• Knowledge of curriculum design, course development and research-informed practice

Other

• Genuine passion for developing others and improving care outcomes

Nice to have

• Line management or leadership experience
• Postgraduate qualification in Education, Health or Social Care
• Project management qualification
• Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring
