Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years proven ICT Business Analysis or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of ICT Business Analysis principles and documentation.
• Understanding of project management basics.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to define test conditions and analyse results.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of complex clinical and administrative workflows.
• Identify service requirements and present complex information for prioritisation.
• Negotiate and resolve queries to achieve sign-off of deliverables.
• Plan and manage the overall information repository across systems.
• Lead testing to ensure safety, usability, security and robustness.
• Provide ICT guidance and training to colleagues.
