Job summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is recruiting for Band 3 Senior Clinical Support Worker roles based at Royal Stoke in Stoke-on-Trent, with County Hospital in Stafford as an additional site. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role at this time; the Trust recruits from the domestic labour market for Band 3 positions.

Job description

At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.

In relation to Band 3 Senior Clinical Support Worker roles, we are currently able to recruit successfully from the domestic labour market and have a sufficient pool of suitably qualified and appointable candidates. As a result, visa sponsorship is not available for this role at this time. This position is kept under regular review and may change in the future should labour market conditions or service requirements alter.

Employers should note that visa applications are assessed against the Immigration Rules in force at the time of application. There is no guarantee that roles meeting current eligibility or salary thresholds will continue to do so in future

Important information for applicants: To ensure clarity of accountability, scope of practice and professional responsibilities, the Trust does not normally appoint individuals holding active NMC or HCPC registration into Band 2 Clinical/AHP Support Worker, Band 3 Senior Clinical/AHP Support Worker or Band 4 AHP Support Worker/Technician roles.
