R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Planner in Cambridge, MA.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Planner include:

• Managing packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical trial material for global clinical trials
• Supporting IRT development, user acceptance testing (UAT), system oversight, and actively managing clinical trial material using the system
• Utilizing and supporting the management of a home-grown budget forecasting and planning tool
• Partnering with Clinical Operations to align on demand assumptions
• Developing supply strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
• Designing and managing supply & demand forecasts using web-based optimization tools
• Identifying potential supply risks and developing mitigation plans
• Driving label creation and approval processes, including translations and regulatory compliance
• Communicating clinical supply requirements to Global Planning and ensuring seamless coordination of demand and supply
• Supporting the return and destruction of clinical trial material
• Managing program and protocol budgets and monitoring KPIs
• Maintaining collaborative relationships with third-party vendors
