Job summary

CSL is seeking a Senior Clinical Scientist to join a clinical development team, contributing to protocol development and study delivery. The role requires coordinating with the CDT Lead and other Clinical Representatives to support therapeutic area and project needs. The position is hybrid, onsite at posted locations with at least 3 days on-site weekly.

Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided. It involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and external study oversight committees

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Life Sciences discipline is required.
An MS or PhD in Life Sciences is highly preferred.
PhD with 3+ years (or MS with 4+ years or BS with 5+ years) clinical research/clinical development experience.

Responsibilities

Contributes to scientific development of clinical studies per the clinical development plan.
Provides scientific input to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of programs.
Contributes to program documents and training materials aligned with the scientific strategy.
Reviews clinical data and assists with interpretation and reporting.
Supports medical monitoring and data integrity for studies.
