The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is recruiting a Clinical Psychologist for Older Adults in a development post, based at Wepre House, Connah's Quay, Flintshire. The role supports Memory Assessment and OPMH CMHT, with a clear pathway to Band 8a on demonstrated competencies.

You will deliver specialist therapies, conduct neuropsychological assessments, and contribute to research links and supervision within a supportive MDT framework.

Qualifikationen

• Honours Degree in Psychology.
• Eligibility for Graduate membership of the British Psychological Society.
• Post-graduate Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent).
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
• Pre-qualification training in research methodology or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialist clinical input to the Memory Assessment Service MDT and Older People’s CMHT.
• Potential progression from band 7 to 8a on demonstrated competencies.
• Deliver tailored individual and group psychological therapies for Older Adults.
• Undertake specialist neuropsychological assessment and formulation.
• Provide training, supervision and formulation support to MDT colleagues.

Honours Degree in Psychology

Post-graduate Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology

Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council

Pre-qualification training in research methodology, staff training or related fields
