CNTW NHS Foundation Trust in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist (Development post) to join our busy neurodevelopmental assessment team working across Newcastle and Gateshead. You will lead complex neurodevelopmental assessments, supervise assistants and trainees, and contribute to teaching, research and service development within a supportive NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Doctoral level training in clinical psychology
• HCPC registered practitioner psychologist
• Pre-qualification training in research methodology
• Formal training in neurodevelopmental assessment measures e.g. ADOS, ADI-R

Responsibilities

• Lead neurodevelopmental assessments and formulate complex presentations.
• Supervise assistant psychologists and trainees.
• Contribute to teaching, training, service evaluation and research as part of the role.
