Job summary

BrisDoc Healthcare Services in Bristol is seeking a Lead Clinical Practitioner to provide advanced clinical practice across Severnside Integrated Urgent Care (IUC). The role combines clinical duties with leadership, supervision, governance, audit and patient safety.

The post includes 16.75 clinical hours and 6 leadership hours per week, working with nurses, AHPs, GPs and operational teams to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment and care for patients with complex needs in urgent care settings.
• Provide autonomous prescribing and clinical decisions for patients discharged from secondary care requiring rehabilitation.
• Lead and mentor teams, participate in ward rounds, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to improve patient outcomes.
