An exciting opportunity to join our HR Workforce Team at West London Mental Health Trust as a Workforce Systems Officer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative and HR Systems support to ensure high data quality. ESR experience and proficient Excel skills are essential for this role.

As the Workforce Systems Officer, you will monitor data quality on ESR and produce regular reports using ESR Business Intelligence. You will also support ESR Self Service users.

This is a part-time role – hours/week, with flexible working options, including agile working after probation.

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Main duties of the job
  1. Monitor and produce regular reports related to ESR professional registrations for mandatory staff groups.
  2. Provide data to Managers and HR colleagues to assist with resource management, fixed-term contracts, and sickness absence, including data extraction and presentation.
  3. Support all HR Systems, including ESR and ESR Business Intelligence.
  4. Administer the starters and leavers process on the Exchange, ensuring accuracy.
  5. Provide first-line support to users and diagnose problems for all self-service issues.
