What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our night pharmacy services, with a competitive salary range. This is a Monday - Sunday role covering night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, with 3-4 shifts per week.

What will your duties include?
  • Support the development, validation, and maintenance of clinical and medicines-related guidelines and protocols.
  • Supervise junior staff and assume responsibility for specialist clinical services when necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe prescribing practices.
  • Provide advice and counseling to patients to support medicines optimization.
  • Assist in managing complaints and implementing corrective actions.
What we need from you?
  • Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate clinical diploma in hospital pharmacy or equivalent experience.
  • Full registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, including project-related work.
  • Proven competence in general clinical practice, including medicine and surgery.
