Circle Health Group is recruiting a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join the Hampshire Clinic. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) is offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis with a salary up to £54,325 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

You will lead medicines optimisation, provide expert clinical input within a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior staff, and contribute to training and policy development across the pharmacy service.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with significant post-registration clinical pharmacy experience.
• Experience leading medicines optimisation and contributing to guidelines.
• Strong communication and leadership in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy input as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead medicines optimisation to ensure cost-effective, safe prescribing.
• Lead implementation of medicines optimisation strategies and align with guidelines.
• Contribute to development and review of clinical guidelines, protocols and policies.
• Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists, pre-registration trainees and technicians.
• Contribute to training programmes for pharmacy staff and wider clinical education.
