Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters.
• Market and develop the clinical negligence department.
• Conduct cases on behalf of clients in line with firm policies.
• Develop local business to secure referrals.
• Participate in development, marketing, and success of the department, including website initiatives.
• Develop referrals from established Partners who refer to Simpson Millar.
• Handle a high-volume caseload as directed and in line with policy.
• Meet external and internal KPIs set by the firm.
