Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Claimant | Hull | Hybrid | Up to £70,000

Take responsibility for claimant clinical negligence work in Hull. This hybrid opportunity is aimed at solicitors with 3+ PQE and offers a salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience.

You will manage clinical negligence claims from investigation through to settlement or trial preparation. The work calls for careful analysis of medical evidence, liability and causation, alongside a clear approach to valuation, funding, costs and litigation risk. You will work with experts and counsel and guide clients through decisions that can have a lasting effect on their lives.

You should have experience running your own claimant clinical negligence files and the judgement to identify when specialist input is needed.
