Fletchers Group is seeking a Litigation Executive to join our Clinical Negligence team. You will manage a diverse caseload at all stages, including trial, drawing on your expertise to deliver strong client-focused advocacy.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Clinical Negligence cases.
• Ability to manage cases through to trial.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims at all stages, including trial.
• Support may include liaising with clients, medical experts and courts, and coordinating documentation.
