You will work with a collaborative, high-performing team, handling complex clinical negligence claims and supporting colleagues on higher-value cases, while maintaining exceptional client care and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex clinical negligence claims.
• Demonstrable supervisory experience, with the ability to support, guide and develop colleagues.
• Confidence in identifying and driving key medico‑legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own high-value, multi-track caseload from initial client interview through to successful resolution.
• Handle complex clinical negligence claims with skill, empathy and sound strategic judgement.
• Assist senior colleagues with higher-value and more complex cases and contribute to the wider team’s success.
