Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate-level training in Clinical Psychology or equivalent accreditation.
• Supervision of trainee psychologists and MDT professionals.
• Training in multiple therapy modalities (CBT/DBT/CAT/psychodynamic).
• Experience with psychometric tools and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within the Talking Therapies service.
• Offer specialist clinical advice, consultation and supervision to colleagues.
• Supervise staff and support workforce development in psychological therapies.
• Maintain clinical responsibility and autonomous practice for complex cases.
• Support governance, risk management and quality improvement.
