Job summary

Gilead Sciences is seeking a clinical development professional to support late-stage oncology trials. You will collaborate with the Clinical Scientist Program Lead on program activities, start-up, execution, data analysis, and regulatory filings.

You will contribute to protocol development and regulatory documentation, ensuring alignment with GCP and SOPs. The role requires advanced degrees and significant drug development experience, with preference for CAR-T/MYeloma knowledge.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a PharmD or PhD in clinical research or clinical pharmacology with scientific and/or drug development experience in biopharma, healthcare, consulting, academia or related environment.
• MS with 6+ years’ relevant scientific and/or drug development experience.
• BS or RN with 8+ years’ relevant scientific and/or drug development experience.
• Relevant experience in Multiple Myeloma and/or CAR-T Therapy is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Acquires knowledge of clinical trial design to develop study concept sheets and protocols.
• Participates in protocol review discussions about study design.
• Prepares study protocols and Investigator meeting notebooks with guidance.
• Contributes to design of CRFs, Data Management Manuals and Data Analysis Plans with supervision.
• Addresses questions from Investigators with supervision.
• Assists in preparing data listings, summary tables, and study results for reports.
• Assists in preparation/review of regulatory documents.
• Coordinates teams and provides direction when needed.
• May provide clinical monitoring for one or more studies.
