Job summary

Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a seasoned analyst to conduct complex operational, clinical, and strategic analyses. You will support leadership through analytic models and business intelligence informatics, and lead design and maintenance of informatics models across enterprise support systems.

The role requires 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience, strong project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in EHR systems analysis, workflow analysis, data warehouse analytics, and/or healthcare application systems.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercising good judgement and delivering innovative solutions for workflow efficiency.
• Leading as project manager with prioritizing, assigning, and reviewing team deliverables.
• Overseeing implementation of new or upgraded systems and operational procedures.
• Training employees in the use of support systems and reporting tools.
