• HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist.
• Evidence of leadership experience.
• Experience on duty biochemist rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide Senior Clinical Scientist-level clinical biochemistry advisory service.
• Participate in the duty biochemist rota.
• Undertake clinical validation and authorisation of test reports.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

High level of IT literacy including LIMS

Knowledge of clinical biochemistry techniques

Education

MSc in clinical biochemistry or equivalent
