Job summary

Recruit Therapists Ltd in Taunton, Somerset, seeks a Senior Clinic Administrator / Reception Team Lead to manage a busy reception and lead a small team. This full‑time, permanent role offers a salary of £31,000–£34,000 per annum and standard Monday to Friday hours (8:30am–5:30pm).

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, patient care, and front‑of‑house administration, working closely with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ reception/administration experience.
• Experience supervising, leading, mentoring or directing other staff.
• Experience running a reception, front‑of‑house or administrative function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day running of the clinic’s reception.
• Provide leadership and support to two reception team members.
• Organise workloads and maintain high standards of patient care and administration.
• Act as escalation point for complex patient enquiries.
• Ensure a warm, professional, efficient front‑of‑house service.
