Overview

Join Ramboll's Sustainability and Carbon team as a Senior Climate EIA Consultant. Support infrastructure and building climate assessments, carbon management, EIA climate assessments, and sustainability advisory projects. Collaborate across sectors to shape a sustainable future, becoming a recognized expert and influencing stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead/support projects on climate change and carbon reporting, advising clients and supporting planning and EIA applications.
• Conduct Whole Life Carbon Assessments and manage carbon in line with PAS2080:2023.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable design, climate resilience, and carbon reduction, including workshops and meetings.
• Stay updated on regulations and reporting frameworks related to carbon accounting.
• Support business growth through client leads and expanding advisory services.
• Collaborate with other service areas like net zero projects.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Uphold Ramboll's values as a positive team member.

• EIA scoping reports and climate chapters for planning applications.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years of experience in environmental planning, EIA, climate change, or related fields, with skills in carbon reporting, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Passion and potential are valued, even if all qualifications are not met.

Additional Skills

• Experience with GHG software tools and climate data analysis.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks like CDP, TCFD, and SBTi.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
