Job summary

Climate Action seeks a Programme Manager to lead flagship forums and new Climate Implementation Forum, coordinating global events from COPs to Climate Week. You will shape content, manage speakers, sponsors and partners, and ensure high-impact, timely delivery across in-person, digital and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years' experience creating, managing and delivering programmes for international B2B conferences funded by sponsorship and delegate or membership revenue.
• Extensive knowledge of climate change, policy and sustainability, including UNFCCC COP process.
• Experience delivering in a fast-paced, high-pressure events environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce cutting-edge programmes balancing sponsor needs with audience needs.
• Lead on delivering event briefs for marketing and sales.
• Oversee onsite conference programme delivery with minimal speaker gaps.
• Manage speaker pipeline end-to-end and secure high-level speakers.
• Coordinate with commercial, editorial and marketing teams to ensure revenue targets and audience impact.
