Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a detail-oriented professional to help manage client accounts, reports, and compliance checks within a global team. You will follow procedures to reduce operational risk and support portfolio monitoring after transactions.

You will collaborate with Risk Management, Distribution & Sales, Credit, Product and Operations to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience of Trade products within a Bank, Trading House or other Financial Institution environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment, across different disciplines and locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with colleagues and clients.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of resolving time-critical issues as they arise.
• Team player with good time management and planning skills, able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables/macros) and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and controls to help reduce operational risk, and report any concerns to your team.
• Help manage client accounts according to agreements, including supporting reporting, compliance checks, and payment management.
• Assist in preparing metrics and reports for internal and external use.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Risk Management, Distribution & Sales, Credit, Product and Operations.
• Assist with monitoring and managing client portfolios after transactions are completed, following clear procedures to help reduce risk.
• Support activities such as reporting, managing payments, and checking compliance with agreements.
• Help maintain good relationships with clients.
• Assist with projects aimed at improving processes and optimizing resources.
• Proposal management through transaction sell downs.
• Support efforts to ensure consistency across global processes.
