Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment is seeking a Client Side Estates Manager to oversee day-to-day management of a varied commercial portfolio across retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. You will act as the landlord's senior contact for occupiers, driving income through renewals, rent reviews, lettings, arrears and service charge oversight.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification (preferred).
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant law, lease events and service charge management.
• Experience managing multi-let commercial property across retail and industrial assets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day property management of a varied commercial portfolio.
• Act as landlord's senior point of contact for occupiers.
• Drive income through proactive management: lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, arrears and service charge oversight.
• Collaborate with internal asset management, surveying and finance to maximise asset value and minimise void periods.
• Identify and deliver asset management initiatives, refurbishments and value-add opportunities across the portfolio.
• Oversee compliance, health and safety, and property maintenance across assets.
• Support onboarding of new assets into the managed portfolio.
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors and property managers.
